Making a complaint or giving feedback
integratedliving welcomes feedback at any time.
You have the right to provide feedback or complain if you, your family or representative are not happy with our service. If the problem cannot be solved by talking with your Case Manager, Regional Manager or Executive Manager Care Services, you can contact the state office of the Department of Health and Ageing and ask to speak to the program manager or contact the Aged Care Complaints Scheme (a free and independent service) on 1800 550 552.
