integratedliving successfully secured funding through the Practical Design Fund to deliver the Risk and Change Management Transition PDF Project.

The final stage of this Practical Design Fund project is to share our learnings and provide mentoring support for those not-for-profit organisations that would like to work through their own change and risk management process. To facilitate this, integratedliving are holding Transition Workshops throughout May at no cost.

Throughout April and May 2013 integratedliving are inviting people with a disability and their carer, advocate or family member to attend our “Consumer Focus Groups”, to provide consumer feedback that will assist us in creating a truly person-centred service approach that is reflective of the needs and priorities of people with disability.
