The values set by the Board, management, staff and volunteers are used as guiding principles for decision making based on ethics held important to the organization.
The values are used to indicate the type of conduct required of the Board, management, staff and volunteers when carrying out the operations of the organization and the standards clients, customers and stakeholders can expect from the organization.
