Catherine has overseen the growth of integratedliving Australia over the last eleven years to its current position as a significant provider of health and wellbeing services to older Australians in rural, regional and remote communities.  

Catherine places importance on client needs, valuing people and being part of a team with a ‘can do’ attitude, supported by organisational systems and processes to ensure integratedliving Australia delivers quality services efficiently and effectively. integratedliving Australia has been acknowledged with multiple awards at an individual, local, state, national and international level.  

From humble beginnings in the Upper Hunter of NSW, integratedliving Australia now supports more than 20,000 people and their families across five states and two territories. with a dedicated team of over 1200 staff focused on the individuals and communities we serve, and committed to continuous improvement.  

Catherine is passionate about the equity of health and wellbeing services for rural, regional and remote Australians, ensuring that integratedliving Australia is an integral part of each community’s ‘fabric’, contributing to the social, economic and environmental wellbeing of the communities in which we live and work. Catherine is an entrepreneurial, strategic and engaging leader, who turns concepts and strategies into practical projects. She seeks innovative technology solutions and champions services that improve the quality of life and enhancement of people’s health and wellbeing. 
 
Catherine was awarded Ageing Asia's 2019 Global Ageing Trailblazer Award, recognising her outstanding achievements as a multi-disciplinary entrepreneur who inspires others with a portfolio of work that creates impact and advances the standards of living for older adults in their country of residence. 

Catherine holds an MBA, BA, and Dip Adult Education, MAICD.
