Catherine has overseen the growth of the business over the last 8 years, to its current position as a significant rural, regional and remote focused entity providing health management and wellbeing services to older Australians.
Catherine and her team have managed the company’s success through organic growth, entrepreneurial activities such as ehealth and the use of assistive technologies, innovative models of service delivery, new business models, and targeted amalgamations.
The importance of maintaining a focus on customer needs, valuing people and being part of a team with a ‘can do’ attitude, supported by organisational systems and processes, ensures integratedliving delivers quality services efficiently and effectively. The integratedliving team have been acknowledged with multiple awards at an individual, local, state, national and international level.
With humble beginnings in the Upper Hunter of NSW, integratedliving now supports more than 20,000 people and their families across five states and two territories. Company turnover has grown by nearly 400% and this is a reflection of a team focused on the individuals and communities we serve, and our commitment to continuous improvement.
Catherine is passionate about people, innovation, customer centricity, and equity of access to health and wellbeing services for rural, regional and remote consumers. Catherine is equally passionate about ensuring that as an organisation we are an integral part of each community’s ‘fabric’, and as well as providing real health options within their community, that we also contribute to the social, economic and environmental wellbeing of the communities in which we live and work.
