Doug Kimberley

Board Chairperson

Doug has a history of leading and facilitating significant organisation change and development to meet contemporary and sophisticated business based service delivery demands. He has worked in and with a range of both public and private organisations.

His experience includes designing change models as well as, establishing innovative and diverse teams to lead and deliver effective change within Essential Services, Community Services, Engineering and Manufacturing Sectors.

Previously a Senior Manager, Doug now engages in Consulting around Governance and Business Mentoring with Boards and Executive Teams. 

He has experience at Board level on several Community Service and Government Boards. He was previously Chair of a significant Regional Disability Support Provider in Victoria and is currently an Advisory Director to two other Boards. 

Doug is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, Australia & New Zealand. He holds an MBA, Graduate Diploma of Business, Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Project Management and Diploma of Public Administration.
