Catherine has overseen the growth of integratedliving Australia over the last eleven years to its current position as a significant provider of health and wellbeing services to older Australians in rural, regional and remote communities.

Catherine places importance on client needs, valuing people and being part of a team with a ‘can do’ attitude, supported by organisational systems and processes to ensure integratedliving Australia delivers quality services efficiently and effectively. integratedliving Australia has been acknowledged with multiple awards at an individual, local, state, national and international level.

From humble beginnings in the Upper Hunter of NSW, integratedliving Australia now supports more than 20,000 people and their families across five states and two territories. with a dedicated team of over 1200 staff focused on the individuals and communities we serve, and committed to continuous improvement.  

Catherine is passionate about the equity of health and wellbeing services for rural, regional and remote Australians, ensuring that integratedliving Australia is an integral part of each community’s ‘fabric’, contributing to the social, economic and environmental wellbeing of the communities in which we live and work. Catherine is an entrepreneurial, strategic and engaging leader, who turns concepts and strategies into practical projects. She seeks innovative technology solutions and champions services that improve the quality of life and enhancement of people’s health and wellbeing.   

Catherine was awarded Ageing Asia's 2019 Global Ageing Trailblazer Award, recognising her outstanding achievements as a multi-disciplinary entrepreneur who inspires others with a portfolio of work that creates impact and advances the standards of living for older adults in their country of residence. 

Catherine holds an MBA, BA, and Dip Adult Education, MAICD. 

Vanda Fortunato has spent the last 20 years in executive and strategic leadership roles in Australia and overseas, with significant experience in public health, primary care, not-for-profits, medical training, academia, pharmaceuticals, health insurance and consulting. Vanda has been a CEO of two not-for-profits, and has held senior executive roles with Medibank, a clinical research organisation and Accenture. She has also worked for the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank; she started her career as an academic.

Vanda is currently the Board Chair of Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust is on the Board of Breast Screen Victoria, Vasey RSL Care and The Queen Victoria Market Trust and was previously the chair of a private aged care company New Aged Care.

Jodie has over 17 years of financial and operational experience in a multi-national fast moving consumer goods corporation. As a Certified Practicing Accountant Jodie has broad experience in transformational change; merger and acquisitions; finance; project management; strategic delivery and development and ICT, including the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems.

In her current role as a senior member of the finance team at McCain Foods (Aust) Pty Ltd Jodie manages a diverse team across many locations with a focus on achieving operational and organisation efficiencies. Jodie was a member of the Committee of Management of BDNH Group prior to its merger with integratedliving and is currently a member of the Committee for Ballarat Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Ballarat Branch of CPA.

With a true passion for contributing to her community Jodie lives in Ballan and enjoys reading, tennis and quality time with family and friends.

Peter has had extensive experience in the Victorian public health sector in government and health in the rural sector with a primary focus on finance and corporate services.

Currently Acting Director of Finance with Wimmera Health Care Group based in Horsham, he was previously based in Daylesford as Director of Finance and Corporate Services with Hepburn Health Service.

Peter was a member of the Committee of Management with Ballarat District Nursing and Health for 10 years prior to the merger with integratedliving, and Chair of the Finance Committee for 7 years.

Peter lives in Ballarat with his family and enjoys boating, fishing and AFL football in his spare time.

Gary Morgan has over 20 years experience as a board director, executive, consultant and mentor developing and driving innovation, strategy, business performance, and international growth in organisations.

Gary is Director at MPT Innovation Group, Expert in Residence at the University of New England SMART Region Incubator, Adjunct Principle Research Fellow at Flinders University, and has co-authored several papers that have been published in prestigious medical journals.

Gary holds a MBA and Graduate Diploma in Computing from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Griffith University.

Dr Sid Vohra is Director of Medical Services and Chief Medical Officer at Orange Health Service in NSW, with responsibility for Orange Hospital, one of Australia’s largest regional health facilities. He has extensive experience in developing and managing stakeholder relationships at a community, State and Federal level in matters relating to health care systems and rural and regional health care.

Dr Vohra's general management covers full executive level management of all specialised medical services at the hospital. He has over 200 doctors reporting directly to him. Previously, he worked as a Medical Consultant in the life insurance sector and was a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Prior to this, Dr Vohra worked clinically as a General Practitioner after completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) qualification from Monash University. He is a specialist medical practitioner and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (FRACMA). He is also a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management (FCHSM CHE). Dr Vohra’s qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD France, Master of Health Management from the University of NSW and he is a Graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from The Wharton School University of Pennsylvania USA. Dr Vohra is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He is a non-executive member of the Australian Press Council.

Susan is Professor and Head of Occupational Therapy at Bond University on the Gold Coast in Queensland. Before this, she worked in senior leadership roles such as the Director of Research, the Director of Clinical Governance, and the Executive Director Allied Health for Gold Coast Health. Susan has led allied health, geriatric and rehabilitation services; and was the Executive Director Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme in Queensland. Susan’s clinical interest areas are acute care, rehabilitation, healthy ageing and palliative care. Her research activity explores the prevention of falls and fractures, organisational culture, models of care, patient safety, and quality improvement.

Since 1996, Susan has been a Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Executives (ACHS), and a previous surveyor for ACHS/ EQuIP national accreditation for quality improvement. Her publications include the National best practice guidelines for the prevention of falls, Allied health models of care, and Patient safety and quality from when she led the National Falls Prevention project in 2016 for the Australian Commission of Safety and Quality in Health Care.

She graduated as an Occupational Therapist from the University of Queensland in 1979, Bachelor of Business and Health management (QUT) in 1993, and Ph.D. (2017) exploring “Organisational Safety Culture and Patient Outcomes” (Griffith Business School). Susan is the Chair of the governing board of St Hilda’s Anglican School and a Director of the St Hilda’s’ Foundation, bringing 20 years of board experience in not-for-profit and community focused organisations to us here at integratedliving Australia.

In this role, Indra provides executive leadership for all aspects of the organisation’s operational activities. Her portfolio of responsibilities include customer service, clinical and allied health services, case management, service delivery, wellness centres and national programs.

Indra comes with 25 years’ of experience in the sector, spanning residential, community care and disability services. Since joining integratedliving in 2008, she has worked in partnership across all areas of the business, including finance, business development, ICT and operations. Indra has a strong track record of successful implementation of strategic initiatives such as mergers and amalgamations, transformational projects such as new service models, digital health solutions and wellness for independence programs.

Indra is a CPA, with a Bachelor of Commerce (UWA), Masters in Business Research (Honours) (UNE) and a Diploma in Project Management. 

Indra is dedicated to the strategic alignment of people and culture, to create a ‘signature customer experience’ that is unique to integratedliving. Together, her team are focused on collaborating with our customers and carers, to live well and embrace life.

Stephen is a strategic people leader that works collaboratively across the business, focussing on building partnerships and networks that influence change together with implementing people strategies that are strongly aligned to the needs of the business.  

Stephen brings significant experience and expertise in driving transformational change, together with progressing people programs across the full employee life cycle, including employee engagement, coaching, succession planning, cultural transformation, organisational design, leadership development, talent management, performance management, enterprise negotiations, employee relations, compliance and project management.  Stephen also places a strong focus on the employee experience and ensuring support at an individual level.

The vision and purpose of the organisation is a critical motivation for Stephen, who has based his career on working in organisations where improving outcomes for Australian communities is at the heart of its purpose.  Stephen’s experience includes over 20 years’ experience at the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood and most recently at Spinal Life Australia.   

Stephen holds qualifications in Masters of Business (Employment Relations) and Bachelor of Science (Psychology) together with being a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is also a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Michael joins integratedliving as our Chief Information Officer to oversee Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, Applications Portfolio Management and ICT Operations and other functions.

With over 25 years of work experience in the healthcare sector, Michael has worked on numerous digital health initiatives in countries including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Ireland, Singapore, and Hong Kong. An expert in enterprise architecture, governance and interoperability; he has extensive experience in the development of digital health standards as past chair of Standards Australia’s Patient Administration committee and member of ISO TC215 Health Informatics and HL7 committees on topics such as Information Security, Identity Management, Medications Management and Public Health.

He has provided a significant contribution to Australia’s digital health landscape having played a key role in the establishment of national healthcare identifiers, secure messaging, and electronic prescribing standards. In a brief hiatus from healthcare, Michael also led the team that provided the Broadcast Network for the 2018 Commonwealth Games, ensuring a cumulative global audience of 1.5 billion were able to experience 1,100 hours of live television from across venues in and around the Gold Coast.

Having studied Business and Information Technology at Queensland University of Technology, his career goal is to see information technology realise its potential to benefit industries and advance community safety, harmony, and prosperity through digital transformation. 

Sarah has extensive experience in quality & safety, spanning 25 years as a Registered Nurse, specialising in palliative and aged care in the UK and Australia, with the last 15 years in aged care as the Senior Clinician and Director of Clinical Services.

Sarah has successfully managed a significant number of reaccreditations, support contacts by Aged Care Quality Agency, introduced new models of care and service delivery design, developed clinical governance frameworks, internal audit frameworks, critical incident management, internal and external complaint management, risk management, and chaired clinical governance committees as well as held membership of external stakeholder committees. 

Sarah has been a clinical teacher at Southern Cross University and more recently experienced working as Child Protection and Wellbeing Lead to ensure child safe standards were integrated within organisational childcare services, following the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Abuse. 

Sarah has qualifications in Teaching & Assessing in Clinical Practice; Project Management; Leadership & Management; Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems; and specialist professional development.

Sarah’s passion is for providing innovative and customer centric services.

Samantha is an accomplished executive with a track record in leading financial, procurement, business optimisation, continuous improvement, planning and project management functions. Curious by nature, she brings extensive and diverse commercial expertise in customer-centric service organisations, from household name major Australian corporates to most recently for-purpose organisations within the caring sector.  

With an open collaborative, pragmatic and authentic approach to leadership, Samantha is well regarded for her ability to connect across all aspects of an organisation, bring simplicity to complex financial matters and focus on results through people. Throughout her career, Samantha has helped organisations flourish by navigating through complex significant structural and operating environment changes. As an Australian Champion Tarmac Rally co-driver, it is no surprise that Samantha loves to navigate a team to a successful outcome!

She brings pedigree in aligning enabling services with the organisation’s purpose to increase client and stakeholder value by seizing opportunities, delivering growth and improving business performance by rebuilding / redesigning operations. Samantha's experience in for-purpose organisations will help continue to strengthen integrated living’s customer experience through sustainable business practices.  

A Chartered Accountant with strong technical knowledge, Samantha is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors in addition to having a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Economics. Her governance skills are complimented by non-executive director experience in service delivery centric organisations and Company Secretary skills.  

Samantha’s passion is working with organisations that make a real difference through their mission and impact. She is driven by the desire to make a significant contribution as part of an organisation that enables Australians to live, feel and be well through the delivery of human centric, personal and relevant support services.

Tracy joins integratedliving to lead strategy development, execution and change, marketing and communications, business development, as well as person-centred design and research functions.

She is a senior executive with a reputation as a transformational leader, specialising in business growth and transitions, particularly in sectors undergoing disruptive change. Tracy is also an experienced non-executive director, audit and risk committee Chair and industry-body representative.  A trained chartered accountant, Tracy is a former Partner of KPMG with national corporate banking experience, as well as frontline operational and corporate services experience across commercial, private, for-purpose and government-owned businesses.

She is results-oriented and has high-performing track-record in developing and executing business strategies including transformation portfolio delivery and change, commercial acumen, and a strong customer/service-oriented approach.  Tracy has an entrepreneurial mindset, balancing risk and reward, innovation, and pursuing customer and business value to build sustainable growth in complex environments.

Tracy has more than 10 years’ experience in the aged care and health sectors, having worked for several major ‘for purpose’ providers, including in regional, rural and remote locations as well as indigenous services.  She is an accomplished stakeholder manager and exceptional relationship builder, connecting business partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, and inspiring people to create better customer pathways.

On a personal level, Tracy is passionate about working for organisations that are mission-driven, aspiring every day to make a difference in the lives of those in need and the most vulnerable in our communities. She is dedicated to helping those in regional, rural and remote communities where there is a strong need for better access to community support services, health care, and safe, secure, affordable housing.
