We want to hear from you.

At integratedliving, our goal is to provide you with the best services possible. To help us continually improve, we would love to hear about your experience with us.

This survey will take around 5 to 10 minutes and your answers will remain confidential. Thank you for the feedback provided in 2019. We have listened to you and improved the way we do things. This includes Customer Service Officers following a new process for handling and monitoring complaints and dedicated Admissions Specialists conducting regular care and service reviews.
