The Let's Have a Conversation morning tea runs the first Monday and third Thursday of every month at 10am. A new topic is selected for discussion at each morning tea with topics ranging from diet and nutrition, the benefits of exercise, the power of yoga and mediation and much more! Some morning teas will also be presented by local community groups.
