All integratedliving frontline staff have current police checks, worker screening clearance is in place, and are trained to be compliant with Aged Care Quality Standards, and NDIS Practice Standards. Staff providing clinical services are qualified and trained to do so.
All staff must comply with a large number of policies and procedures and have regular meetings with their managers to ensure they are aware of all expectations around the provision of exceptional and safe services.
Clients and their family members can speak to our Customer Service Team on 1300 782 896 if they have any concerns. You can also ask for your concerns to be escalated to a senior manager. You can also contact an external agency: Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission - 1800 951 822 or NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission - 1800 035 544.
