I need some support at home, but I’m worried about COVID-19

Throughout the pandemic, our number one priority has been the health and wellbeing of our clients, staff and volunteers.  

We have strict procedures and protocols in place to safeguard both clients and staff, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to the highest standard of infection control and staff and client screening questions and notification processes.  

Staff start their day by completing a self-screening tool prior to arrival at your home and will not attend work if they are unwell or awaiting a COVID-19 test result.  

All frontline staff are required to wear surgical masks when they are providing services to clients as an extra infection control measure.
