Meals Making Headlines

integratedliving was recognised in one of the most prestigious and sought after community awards in the state.

On Friday night at a ceremony in Brisbane, integratedliving's Marketing & Communications Manager Vanessa Jones, along with Cheryl Barrett, Queensland General Manager accepted the recognition for the ITAC Leadership & Innovation category at the 2016 Regional Achievement and Community Awards.

Taking an innovative nutritional approach to tackling the negative health outcomes of Indigenous People, the team extended the simple providing of food and developed a joint education partnership to promote intergenerational activities in food gathering, cooking classes and social meals.

The 2016 awards featured more than 200 nominations received from across regional Queensland highlighting the calibre of excellence in the regions.
