Semi-finalist in NSW ACT Regional Achievement and Community Awards 2015

Written by Janelle Kelly, Communications Assistant with integratedliving

It is with great pleasure we can announce continued recognition for our organisation and CEO through semi-finalist achievements in the NSW/ACT Regional Achievement & Community Awards

We were nominated in the categories of MOA Benchmarking Community Service in Aged Care Award (CEO Catherine Daley) and Prime Super Employer Excellence in Aged Care Award (organisation).

The awards are focused on the Aged Care industry and the services they provide.  The Employer Excellence in Aged Care Award recognises and acknowledges businesses, organisations and not for profits who have a strong focus on staff engagement, safety and wellbeing, training and providing staff with higher education learning opportunities and development. The Award also recognises the provision of quality services for clients, patients and residents.

The MOA Benchmarking Community Service in Aged Care Award recognises medical and health professionals or volunteer workers that are supporting the health and wellbeing of consumers.

Both of these semi-finalist positions are amazing accolades and a direct reflection on the outstanding work we all do every day in the wider communities we work and live in.

A special thanks to Suman Sedhain (Registered Nurse Orana/Far West NSW) and his wife Chandrakala for attending the awards at Dubbo RSL Club on behalf of Catherine and integratedliving.
