integratedliving provides a range of services to help older Australians remain safe and well in their own homes as they age. We provide personal care such as showering, toileting, grooming, dressing, and medication prompts. We also provide nursing, physiotherapy, and podiatry services, as well as home modification services.
We provide housekeeping and meals services and supported transport services. We can also help people with various aids and sensors to keep them safe at home. In various places we have award winning Wellness Centres and Activity Centres. Our Wellness Centres include state of the art gyms with specialised equipment designed for older people and a range of programs such as chair yoga.
Our Activity Centres provide a wide array of activities to keep people engaged and connected. If you aren’t located close to one of our centres, we now offer online exercise and activity centre programs meaning you can still take part, regardless of where you live.
We also offer Wellness for Independence® programs to help people better manage chronic health conditions and our Short-Term Restorative Care program, designed to help people get back on their feet after illness or hospitalisation.
