Our integratedliving Wellness Centres™ offer a range of programs linked to the social, physical, nutritional, spiritual, and psychological needs of older people.
The centres are a hub for you to choose the services and supports that you want to keep living an active and independent life. Each Wellness Centre features a Wellness Gym which has specialised equipment that support older people looking to keep active or those who may need exercise as part of rehabilitation. Wellness Centres offer a range of services and programs including:
Small Wellness Gym classes
Customers can improve balance, strength and wellbeing by exercising in our Wellness Gyms. The gyms are specially built so seniors can enjoy low-impact exercise while socialising.
This modified form of yoga helps improve circulation, stretch tight muscles and release stress.
Customers complete exercises while sitting on a chair or using the chair to balance.
Designed for people living with dementia, the art therapy program helps restore fine motor skills and provides the opportunity for customers to socialise, all while making some great works of art.
Gentle remedial massages help to loosen tired muscles and increase flexibility and balance.
A suite of programs focusing on the prevention and management of chronic conditions for older people. The programs focus on a range of areas to help keep you living independently in your own home.
A great choice for those who love the outdoors, the low impact walking group gives customers all the benefits of walking plus builds their confidence to walk outside.
Support including wheelchair and seating advice, pressure care education and equipment, fatigue management and adaptations for chronic illnesses, and home safety assessments.
Meals and healthy eating, are a key component of staying well and independent. Our Wellness Centres host a range of nutritional and meal support.
How to sign up to integratedliving Wellness Centres™?
integratedliving Wellness Centre™ programs and Wellness Gyms are available to integratedliving customers. Customers may be able to receive Government subsidised services through the My Aged Care process or can privately pay.

New purpose-designed Wellness Centres will be opening later this year in Toowoomba, QLD with more centres to open in 2019 in Hobart, TAS, Dubbo, NSW, Ballarat, VIC and the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
