The Cairns Regional Disability & Seniors Expo is a friendly, community‑driven event that brings together local services designed to help older people stay independent, active and well. With free entry, free parking and fully accessible facilities, it’s an easy way for seniors, families and carers to learn about the supports available across Far North Queensland.

Our integratedliving team will be there throughout the day to chat about aged care services, wellness programs and the practical supports we offer to help older people live confidently at home. You’ll have the chance to meet Enrolled Endorsed Nurse Kin, who can talk through health and clinical supports; Case Manager Tikyah, who helps clients navigate aged‑care options with clarity and care; and Wellness Centre Coordinator Matt, who brings deep knowledge of our local Wellness Centre programs that keep older people active, connected and well.

Whether you’re exploring home care options, looking to stay connected through social programs, or simply want guidance on what services might suit your needs, our team is ready to listen and provide clear, friendly information.

Running from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Cairns Showgrounds, the expo features a wide range of exhibitors offering aged‑care supports, mobility aids, community programs, lifestyle services and more. It’s a great opportunity to compare options, ask questions and discover what’s available locally.
