Each year, we honour individuals who have achieved 10 to 25 years of service, an achievement that reflects their enduring commitment to supporting regional and rural communities across Australia. Their professionalism, compassion and reliability continue to shape the quality of care we provide.
The following team members are being recognised with integratedliving Service Awards. Their contributions have left a meaningful impact on our organisation and the people we serve and their work continues to embody the values we stand for.
Coral - Support Worker
Coral marks 20 years of exceptional service with integratedliving. Her unwavering commitment, professionalism and compassion have made a lasting impact on both clients and colleagues.
Known for her client-centred approach and reliability, Coral consistently goes above and beyond, especially during challenging times. Her contributions have helped shape the organisation’s growth, and her continued recognition through Values Award nominations speaks to the quality and integrity she brings to her work.
Kerrie - Support Worker
Kerrie is celebrating 15 years of dedicated service with integratedliving. Throughout her career, Kerrie has consistently demonstrated compassion, reliability and a strong commitment to client wellbeing. She is known for going the extra mile advocating for her clients and ensuring their voices are heard. Her client-centred approach and tireless work ethic have made a lasting impact on those she supports.

Karina - Support Worker
Karina marks 15 years of service with integratedliving, and her warmth, kindness and dedication have touched countless lives. Karina brings genuine care to every interaction, creating meaningful connections with both clients and colleagues. Her consistent commitment to quality care and her positive presence within the team have made her an invaluable part of our organisation.

Marietta - Registered Nurse
Marietta is recognised for 10 years of service with integratedliving, though her connection to the organisation dates back to 1985. Over the years, she has held various roles including Registered Nurse, Assessment Officer and Weekend Coordinator. After a break for travel and family, Marietta returned in 2015 and continues to bring her wealth of experience to the team.
Her approach to care is grounded in compassion, professionalism and best practice. Marietta’s long-standing dedication to nursing and her commitment to person-centred care have made a meaningful impact on our clients and community.
Cathy - Support Worker
Cathy celebrates 10 years of service with integratedliving. Her dedication to clients and her willingness to support her team have made her a valued and respected colleague. Cathy’s work is marked by compassion, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
She has made a positive impact not only on the lives of those she supports but also on the broader team environment. Cathy’s contributions over the past decade reflect her deep commitment to our mission, and we are fortunate to have her as part of our team.
Carol - Support Worker

She is always willing to take on extra work when needed, and her flexibility is greatly appreciated by her team.

Brenton - Finance Officer
Brenton marks 10 years with integratedliving, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Customer Funding Team. His work in streamlining processes and managing claims across various funding programs has been instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Brenton is the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders when it comes to funding queries, and his attention to detail has strengthened our operational efficiency. His contributions have had a significant impact on the organisation, and we thank him for his dedication and professionalism.
Angie - Support Worker
Angie is celebrating 10 years of service with integratedliving. Though eligible for retirement, Angie continues to work because of the joy she finds in supporting her clients. Her dedication to helping people stay connected to their communities and live well in their own homes is truly admirable.
