Consumer Advisory Group Update

Written by Shelly Fletcher, Head of Person-Centred Design and Research with integratedliving

At integratedliving, we’re committed to continuously improving. One way we do this is through our Consumer Advisory Group.

This group provides valuable feedback which help us to:

• Understand the quality of care and services from your perspective

• Identify opportunities

• Seek input about new initiatives and the way we communicate

The group formally meets online at least two times a year. We also engage with members individually or in smaller groups.

Brian, a member of the group, participated on a recruitment panel to represent clients. Brian’s input was valued by the other panel members and applicants. Brian only has positive things to say about his involvement.

"I’ve learnt a lot from being on the Consumer Advisory Group, listening to other consumers who all have different perspectives and experiences," Brian said.

"It’s valuable for integratedliving who can listen and then use that feedback to make improvements."

"I'd recommend others get on board as the more people contributing, the more feedback for integratedliving," Brian said.

Clients and their representatives are welcome to join at any stage. The next online meeting is Wednesday 25 June.
