Meet our CEO Nick O’Callaghan

Nick leads with vision and a strong commitment to aged care.

Nick joined integratedliving as Chief Executive Officer in July 2025. Originally from Victoria where he lives with his family, Nick brings more than 20 years of experience leading large, de-centralised businesses, including aged care.

A father of three and passionate football fan, Nick is deeply committed to enhancing the experience of all our clients across regional and rural Australia.

“It’s been an honour to take on this role,” Nick said. “integratedliving has a strong history of delivering quality, person-centred care to older people in regional and rural areas. I’m proud to lead a team so dedicated to that purpose.

“Over the past six months, I’ve had the privilege of meeting many of you, our clients, and seeing first-hand the difference our team and services make each day. I have truly appreciated the warm and open conversations at every stop. Thank you," Nick said.

“2025 has been a transformative year for the aged-care sector in Australia. The recent significant reforms are not just about introducing a new system, they represent inter-generational change in how aged care is delivered,” Nick said.

“We are committed to supporting more people in our communities to live independently at home for longer,” Nick said.
