My Support App - Maintenance Update

A message to our clients using the My Support App: This weekend from 8pm on Friday 11th November 2022 to 6am Monday 14th November 2022 AEDT, My Support App will be undergoing maintenance. 

This will not affect your scheduled services. While you will still be able to view your schedule and request changes in My Support App during this period, any changes you request over the weekend may not be reflected in the App Schedule until Monday. During this period if you wish to make urgent changes directly relating to services this weekend, please call our Customer Service team on 1300 782 896.
