Each year, our Values Awards and CEO Principles Awards shine a light on team members who have gone above and beyond in their commitment to our clients and team. Those who not only excel in their roles but also bring our organisational values to life consistently and notably, through their actions, attitude and dedication.

We received an inspiring number of nominations again this year from colleagues, leaders and clients. Each one highlighting the remarkable impact our people make every day.

Michael, Service Delivery Team Leader

Michael consistently demonstrates integrity, initiative and genuine care for his colleagues, stepping up during a team realignment while ensuring his own team remained supported. He works collaboratively across all teams, valuing every voice and fostering strong connections. Michael lives our organisational values, especially Diversity, through his inclusive approach, commitment to team success and the stability and engagement he inspires within his team.

Megan brings passion, a can‑do attitude and exceptional attention to detail to her role, always striving for positive outcomes for clients and colleagues. This year she took on a secondment supporting the St Andrew’s team, managing 50 additional clients while maintaining high‑quality care. Her teamwork, leadership while acting in the Senior Manager role and unwavering commitment to integrity make her a truly deserving recipient of this award.

Aimee, Scheduling Officer

Aimee navigates the challenges of live scheduling for one of our largest Support Worker teams with skill, positivity and professionalism. She consistently prioritises client needs, supports her colleagues and brings kindness and respect to every interaction. Her uplifting attitude and dedication make her an invaluable member of the Central Scheduling Team and a standout example of what it means to embody Respect.

Amanda, Concierge Officer

Amanda exemplifies Unity through her positivity, dependability and commitment to shared success. She builds strong relationships with clients, works tirelessly to support her team and is always ready to step in and help. Her collaborative spirit, steady presence and willingness to lift others up make her a vital contributor to team cohesion and a deserving recipient of the Unity Award.

Coral, Support Worker

With 20 years of dedicated service, Coral continues to demonstrate unwavering commitment to clients and colleagues. She steps up during staff shortages, communicates proactively and works tirelessly to ensure every client receives exceptional care. Her fairness, respect and calm, reassuring presence make a meaningful difference and reflect the true essence of Equity.

Brooke’s seven nominations reflect the deep respect her colleagues have for her leadership. She collaborates seamlessly across teams, communicates clearly and ensures everyone is aligned and supported. Leading with compassion, resilience and a solutions‑focused mindset, she creates an inclusive environment where people feel heard and empowered. Brooke brings people together and consistently drives positive, client‑centred outcomes.

Danika, Support Worker

Danika is known for her kindness, reliability and commitment to providing safe, inclusive and positive experiences for clients. She regularly receives glowing feedback and is unfailingly willing to step in during staff shortages. Her caring approach and dedication make her an outstanding representative of what it means to be truly customer focused.

Crystal, Business Systems Coordinator

Crystal consistently exceeds expectations, contributing to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and shared success. She openly shares knowledge, communicates transparently and builds trust across the organisation. Her solutions‑focused mindset, strong work ethic and embodiment of our values have a lasting positive impact on her colleagues and the wider business.

Charmaine provides invaluable support through her expertise in incident and hazard reporting, significantly increasing safety awareness across the organisation. She fosters a respectful, inclusive and nurturing environment where diverse ideas are welcomed. Her commitment to lifting the visibility of safety and supporting teams with care and professionalism makes her an exceptional asset.

Cassandra, Talent Pathways Partner

Cass brings professionalism, dedication and strong collaboration to every project she leads. Her work developing the A1 Support Worker Traineeship program demonstrates her initiative, thoughtful planning and commitment to building strong foundations for the future. Inspiringly open to feedback and improvement, Cass exemplifies what it means to be professional and committed.
