Each year, our Values Awards and CEO Principles Awards shine a light on team members who have gone above and beyond in their commitment to our clients and team. Those who not only excel in their roles but also bring our organisational values to life consistently and notably, through their actions, attitude and dedication.
We received an inspiring number of nominations again this year from colleagues, leaders and clients. Each one highlighting the remarkable impact our people make every day.

Megan, Case Manager
Megan brings passion, a can‑do attitude and exceptional attention to detail to her role, always striving for positive outcomes for clients and colleagues. This year she took on a secondment supporting the St Andrew’s team, managing 50 additional clients while maintaining high‑quality care. Her teamwork, leadership while acting in the Senior Manager role and unwavering commitment to integrity make her a truly deserving recipient of this award.
Aimee, Scheduling Officer
Aimee navigates the challenges of live scheduling for one of our largest Support Worker teams with skill, positivity and professionalism. She consistently prioritises client needs, supports her colleagues and brings kindness and respect to every interaction. Her uplifting attitude and dedication make her an invaluable member of the Central Scheduling Team and a standout example of what it means to embody Respect.
Amanda, Concierge Officer
Amanda exemplifies Unity through her positivity, dependability and commitment to shared success. She builds strong relationships with clients, works tirelessly to support her team and is always ready to step in and help. Her collaborative spirit, steady presence and willingness to lift others up make her a vital contributor to team cohesion and a deserving recipient of the Unity Award.
With 20 years of dedicated service, Coral continues to demonstrate unwavering commitment to clients and colleagues. She steps up during staff shortages, communicates proactively and works tirelessly to ensure every client receives exceptional care. Her fairness, respect and calm, reassuring presence make a meaningful difference and reflect the true essence of Equity.
