Reaching 20 or 25 years of service is a remarkable achievement. It reflects decades of commitment, expertise and genuine care. At integratedliving, we’re exceptionally proud to celebrate our team members who have dedicated so many years to supporting our clients, strengthening our team and contributing to our integratedliving's ability to service more regional and rural communities across Australia.
Their long‑standing service has shaped our culture, uplifted colleagues and ensured high‑quality care for a countless number of our clients. We recognise their legacy, their professionalism and the lasting impact they continue to make.

20 years
Kellie
Care Partner
Kellie’s 20‑year milestone reflects a career shaped by dedication, growth and genuine care for clients. Beginning her journey with St Anns in 2005, she transitioned into integratedliving in 2016 as part of the Home Care Package Case Management team in Tasmania.
As the only Case Manager (now called Care Partner) based in Hobart at the time, Kellie supported a growing region while also assisting clients in Launceston. Her commitment has helped the Hobart area expand to a team of three Care Partners, strengthening services and support for older people across the region.
Kellie has also supported teams interstate, contributing to training, client reviews, admissions and all-important transition work. Her strong work ethic, kind‑hearted nature and willingness to support others continue to make a meaningful impact across the integratedliving team.
Teena
Support Worker
Teena’s two decades with integratedliving highlight her loyalty, hard work and deep commitment to clients. A highly valued member of our team, she consistently goes the extra mile for both the people she supports and integartedliving as a whole.
Clients frequently request Teena because of the care, kindness and high standard of service she brings to every visit. Her work ethic and genuine compassion have shaped long‑standing relationships and contributed to exceptional client outcomes. Teena’s 20‑year milestone is a testament to her dedication and the positive influence she has on her team and the wider organisation.
Fiona
Registered Nurse
Fiona brings two decades of experience, warmth and professionalism to her role as a Registered Nurse. Her positive and approachable presence strengthens our Ballarat team, creating a supportive environment for colleagues and clients alike. Fiona is known for her reliability and flexibility, often stepping in to support additional clients and shifts across weekdays and alternate weekends.
Fiona also plays an important role in developing future nurses, facilitating student placements, mentoring graduates and generously sharing her clinical expertise.
When required, Fiona steps into the Weekend Operations Lead role, applying her strong clinical judgement and client‑focused approach to ensure smooth service delivery. Her ongoing commitment over 20 years continues to make a meaningful impact across the team and the wider organisation.
25 years
Marie
Registered Nurse
Marie’s 25 years with integratedliving highlight her calm and dependable approach and the extensive nursing experience she brings to our team. As a Registered Nurse, Marie supports safe and compassionate care for our clients and provides reassurance to colleagues through her steady presence and professional insight.
Marie is highly regarded for her advanced wound care skills and her willingness to share knowledge, helping build capabilities across our team and contributing to positive client outcomes.
Marie has embraced the transition to the evening Registered Nurse role with adaptability and continues to support the team by assisting with additional hours and stepping into the Evening Operations Lead role when needed. Her compassion for clients and their families, combined with her long‑standing contribution to the team, reflects the depth of her impact over 25 years.
Deb
Support Worker
Deb’s 25‑year milestone reflects her strong work ethic, positive attitude and unwavering commitment to teamwork. As an integratedliving Support Worker, Deb consistently demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond, offering help wherever it’s needed and approaching challenges with resilience and optimism.
Throughout her time with integratedliving, Deb has supported clients and colleagues through periods of change. Deb always rises to the occasion and maintains a high standard of care.
Deb's reliability and genuine kindness have made her a highly valued member of our team, appreciated by both clients and her teammates. Deb’s contribution over a quarter of a century is a testament to her commitment to care and helping her community.
