At integratedliving, this theme resonates deeply. Our nurses bring expertise, compassion and leadership to each home and local community we support. This year, we are proud to shine a light on one of our own: Registered Nurse Marie, who celebrates an incredible 25 years of dedicated service.
Marie is known across the organisation for her calm, dependable presence and the professionalism she brings to all interactions. During her quarter century with integratedliving, Marie has become a trusted source of reassurance for clients, families and colleagues alike.
Based in regional Victoria, Marie brings her extensive experience to the safe and compassionate care integratedliving is committed to, while her advanced wound care skills have supported countless positive outcomes. Marie is also a generous mentor – sharing her knowledge, strengthening team capabilities and helping newer nurses grow in confidence and skills.
In recent years, Marie has embraced the transition to an evening role, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to evolve with the needs of the service. She regularly steps in to assist with additional hours and has taken a lead role when required, always with the same steady approach with our clients always at the centre.
Marie's contribution extends beyond clinical excellence. Her compassion, warmth and commitment to care that puts the person at the centre, have made a meaningful difference to the lives of clients and their families. Her colleagues describe Marie as supportive, thoughtful and deeply dedicated to the values of integratedliving.
