Festive fun lit up our Centres with Christmas in July celebrations
The magic of Christmas arrived early this year, bringing twinkling lights, warm smiles and plenty of festive cheer to our Centres as we celebrated Christmas in July.
A festive feast on the Central Coast
On Wednesday, 1 July, around 65 of our wonderful Gorokan, Gosford and Woy Woy clients along with carers, team members and volunteers gathered at Breakers Country Club for a very special Christmas lunch. The room was a sea of bright reds and greens as everyone embraced the festive spirit.
Guests enjoyed a delicious traditional roast lunch followed by a spectacular Christmas show featuring talented dancers and two wonderful singers.
Santa even made a surprise appearance, adding an extra touch of magic to the day. With raffles, games and Christmas-themed activities, the atmosphere was filled with joy and laughter.
Raymond Terrace’s winter wonderland
The celebrations continued on the Friday too, when our Raymond Terrace team hosted their own winter wonderland at Pacific Dunes Golf Club.
The highlight of the day was a lively performance by The Sunningdales, who blended classic Christmas carols with upbeat disco favourites.
The dance floor was packed, and the room buzzed with energy, smiles and festive fun.
Santa and his trusty elf also made a memorable appearance - huge thanks to our Activity Officer Renee’s daughter and her partner for stepping into those magical roles. The day wrapped up perfectly with games and a round of Christmas trivia.
Celebrating community, joy and togetherness
These celebrations are a beautiful reminder of the love, effort and dedication our teams pour into creating meaningful experiences for our clients. A massive thank you to our team members, volunteers, performers and everyone who helped bring these events to life.
And of course, thank you to everyone who joined in the fun. Days like these are truly magical and we feel incredibly privileged to share such joyful moments with you all.
