Make a positive impact every day by supporting older people to stay safe, connected and well in their own homes.

Whether you’re experienced or completely new to aged care, we’ll help you succeed with training, support and a flexible, people-first workplace.

What You'll Do

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower clients to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your role is varied, meaningful and focused on supporting people where they feel most comfortable—at home and in the community.

You'll help with:

  • Light household tasks
  • Social support and companionship
  • Transport to appointments
  • Meal preparation and daily routines

If you're patient, respectful and genuinely enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect role for you.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome people who are caring, community-focused, and committed to supporting older Australians.

You'll need:

  • Availability between 7am – 7pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend work available)
  • A current driver’s licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
  • First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar) is an advantage — but not essential. We welcome applicants with life experience or transferable skills
