Our Concierge team is your first point of contact when you start your aged-care journey with integratedliving. Senior Manager of Concierge, Ash, describes the team as ‘care navigators’.

“We walk alongside you from entry-level support through to more complex care, helping you understand what support may be available so you can remain living safely and independently at home,” Ash said.

The Concierge team works closely with clients and families to connect them with the right support at the right time, whether that’s help around the home, allied health services or more complex care arrangements.

“We build a relationship with you and advocate as your needs change,” Ash said.

Connecting you with the right support

integratedliving offers a full suite of services under different funding programs. Our team can help you understand your options, connect you with services that match your assessed needs and guide you if your circumstances change and you may need to seek a reassessment through My Aged Care.

“We can also help with Restorative Care, Assistive Technology and Home Modifications, and end-of-life care,” Ash said. “You do not need to navigate the system alone.”

If you start to need more support at home, moving to the Support at Home program can provide more comprehensive and flexible services. Some of the benefits include a dedicated Care Partner as your single point of contact, fully funded clinical services such as physiotherapy and nursing, and flexibility to change services as your needs change.
