This will be delivered by one of our accredited social workers who has experience in this area as well as an understanding of the barriers older people can face, and takes a compassionate, non-judgemental approach.

We provide care and housing assistance in certain areas within the Hunter region only. To check if these services are available in your local area, please complete this form or call our team on 1300 782 896.

Absolutely not. We will work with you every step of the way to decide what stays, what goes, and what can be donated, recycled, or stored. Nothing is removed without your agreement, and you are always in control of the process. We understand that letting go of personal belongings can feel overwhelming or emotional.

That's why we approach every situation with care, compassion, complete discretion, and zero judgement. If you're not ready to part with an item, that's okay. We can help you explore alternative options and create a decluttering plan that feels safe and manageable for you.

We will conduct an initial assessment to determine your needs and the level of service required. We will then work with you to arrange specialist cleaners to help with decluttering. These cleaners are experienced in working with our clients sensitively and with understanding.

This program goes beyond the services that a domestic cleaning service company would normally provide, including deep cleaning, sorting, decontamination, recycling, sanitisation and more.

Yes. This service can be aligned with your values and preferences. We will take the time to learn your individual cultural and care needs so they are always considered when making our recommendations. We will also encourage you to set meaningful goals and help you to achieve them. You may also have your preferred support person included or access interpreting services if required.

Many older people feel uncertain about accepting help at first. That's a normal response, and it's worth taking seriously. A little extra guidance can make a meaningful difference to stability and wellbeing, without taking away independence. Many clients find it helps them understand their options and feel more confident navigating the process. We work with you and your loved one at their pace, and if they change their mind after starting, we'll always respect that. Our team members are trained to treat every client with dignity and respect.
