Many older people feel uncertain about accepting help at first. That's a normal response, and it's worth taking seriously. Personalised guidance from a dietitian can make a big difference to nutrition and wellbeing, without taking away independence. Many clients find it helps them eat well and feel confident at home. We work with you and your loved one at their pace, and if they change their mind after starting, we'll always respect that. Our team members are trained to treat every client with dignity and respect.
