What is integratedliving's Consumer Advisory Group?
The Consumer Advisory Group provides valuable feedback about their experiences. These conversations are important and helps us to:
- Understand the quality of care and services from your perspective.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Seek your input about new initiatives and the way we communicate changes to improve services.
Feedback from this group is provided directly to the integratedliving Board, enabling us to maintain our focus on delivering home and community care services that meet your needs.
Who is a consumer?
A consumer is a current or previous client and their representatives. integratedliving’s Consumer Advisory Group will:
- Be made up mostly of current consumers (for example clients receiving services) and their representatives.
- Aim to have representation across the different services and locations.
- Reflect the diverse backgrounds of clients and their representatives.
What support will integratedliving offer?
The integratedliving team actively supports the Consumer Advisory Group, which meets at least four times a year online. You can expect that we will:
- Provide a range of opportunities for everyone who is interested in being involved.
- Assist members to join the online meeting.
- Share the topics for discussion two weeks before each meeting.
- Have a facilitator to welcome members, coordinate meetings and prepare reports.
