2023 – CEO’s Year in Review

Written by Liz Moore, Communications Partner with integratedliving

Serving 30,000 people, travelling six million kilometres, and 900,000 hours of work across regional, rural and remote Australia.

This year, the integratedliving team has served people far and wide across Australia. CEO Catherine Daley said her team's commitment to regional, rural and remote Australia remains as strong as ever, and uptake of virtual services continues to grow.

"We are committed to people in regional, rural and remote communities. We work every day to provide affordable, safe, responsive, and inclusive care and health services in your homes, both in-person and virtually," Catherine said.

"Our vision is to help you achieve better health and wellbeing outcomes.

"In the last financial year, our dedicated team delivered services to around 30,000 clients with nearly 900,000 hours of service. In delivering these services, our frontline teams travelled almost six million kilometres,” Catherine said.

"We launched new programs during the year, including Falls Prevention Wellness, and our Digital Dialogue program has continued to expand, with 572 people connected and more confident with technology as a result.

"The popularity of our virtual services has also increased, with exercise as well as social sessions, allied health and nursing support. We remain committed to improving accessibility to health services regardless of your postcode.

"As a response to the aged care reforms, a new code of conduct, board governance improvements and reporting through SIRS have been implemented,” Catherine said. “We will soon welcome our inaugural Client Advisory Body to help us create a stronger partnering approach with clients.”
