integratedliving is now the owner of the St Andrew’s community care business

St Andrew’s and integratedliving are pleased to announce that sale of the St Andrew’s community care business has now formally occurred, with the sale agreement settling on 16 December 2024. 

integratedliving has warmly welcomed clients and families, as well as the local St Andrew’s community care team members.   Arrangements are in place to ensure that those clients who have not yet finalised the transfer process will continue to receive their services, delivered by the local care team, as the final part of this process occurs. 

St Andrew’s and integratedliving look forward to continuing to work together to provide the local communities in the Far North Coast Region of New South Wales. with a wide range of aged care and support services.    

integratedliving is providing all home and community care services – including those delivered under Home Care Packages Program, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Veterans’ Home Care, Department of Veteran’s Affairs – Community Nursing, Private Pay services, wellness services including at the Ballina Wellness Centre, the specially tailored Village Home Care Program (in retirement villages) and Transition Care Program services. St Andrew’s will continue to provide its Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care services.
