Strategic Acquisition | integratedliving purchases the St Andrew’s Community Care business, NSW Far North Coast

integratedliving is pleased to announce that, following a decision by St Andrew’s to transition out of community care services, we have been selected as the successful purchaser of that business. Settlement is scheduled for 2 December 2024 and integratedliving looks forward to welcoming St Andrew’s team members, clients and their families very soon.

Acquiring St Andrew’s Community Care services aligns with our strategic direction for sustainable community and home care growth in regional communities across Australia, with the NSW Far North Coast Aged Care Planning Region being a chosen key regional location.

St Andrew’s will continue providing residential aged care and retirement living, while integratedliving will provide all of the St Andrew’s Community Care services including Home Care Packages (HCP), Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Veterans Home Care, DVA Community Nursing, and Transition Care. This will complement integratedliving’s existing community and home care services in the local area (including HCP and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services, our Ballina Wellness Centre and our village home care program).

The acquisition is a positive outcome for both organisations, given the strong commitment we share to support older Australians to age well and to live independently at home for as long as possible.
