New Starter - Uniform Request

Welcome to the team! Thank you for helping us to deliver improved health outcomes for older Australians in rural, regional and remote areas.

At integratedliving we like to support you by supplying you with an allocation of polo shirts every year. You are encouraged to wear these and your ID badge to all client visits. This helps clients recognise and feel comfortable with you and it also identifies that you work for integratedliving Australia.

Below is an overview of our Dress Code guidelines for our client-facing roles so you know what is expected when you start. This includes our important Workplace, Health and Safety and Infection control measures.

Our staff are expected to:

  • Keep fingernails short, clean and free of nail-polish; false nails are not to be worn
  • Wristwatches, rings and other jewellery are not to be worn (except a plain wedding band)
  • Ensure identification badges are secure, to avoid them making contact with the client and their surroundings
  • Avoid wearing ties and scarves due to WHS concerns. They may also present as an infection risk
  • Hair below collar length should be tied back at all times
  • Clothing must not restrict the ability to wear PPE
  • Black or blue pants are preferable (denim jeans, ¾ pants etc.)
