Muswellbrook Seniors Festival 2024

Join us at our  Muswellbrook Wellness Centre, for our Seniors Festival focused on the implementation of effective measures to prevent falls and promote optimal wellbeing throughout the ageing process.

Facilitated by Angie Frazer, Wellness Centre Coordinator, and Belinda Spicer, Personal Trainer, this event aims to provide practical strategies for a healthier lifestyle. We are honoured to welcome Doctor Norman Jawaad from Hunter Medical Centre as our guest, contributing a wealth of medical expertise to the event.

Gain invaluable insights into maintaining wellness and longevity in a professional and conducive setting. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your wellbeing and safety.

Central Coast Seniors Festival Expo

Come along to the NSW Central Coast Council’s Seniors Festival Expo and have a chat with our wonderful team members.

Our Gorokan Activity Centre Coordinator Rachelle will be there to share all things related to  Activity Centres, while Exercise Physiologist Janis will be ready to talk about  Exercise  and our Wellness Centres.

This event will feature a variety of stallholders from other businesses, services and community groups around the Central Coast. There will be lots more great information and people to connect with.
