Yes, this service can be aligned with your values and preferences. Our Wellness Centre coordinators and Exercise Physiologists will take the time to learn your individual care needs to ensure they're considered when making their recommendations. They will also encourage you to set meaningful goals and help you to achieve them. You can also opt to have your preferred support person included during the consultations, or access interpreting services if required.
What level of fitness is required before I or my loved one joins the Wellness Centre exercise classes?
Our exercise classes are designed specifically to help each individual reach their goals. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned exerciser, you will benefit from our Wellness Centre programs and services.

What if I'm unable to physically get to the Wellness Centre but still wish to participate in the exercise classes?
Our virtual services are perfect for anyone who cannot physically attend classes at our Wellness Centre. Our At-Home Exercise program is a personalised program run via Zoom, designed specifically for you to complete in the comfort of your own home with ongoing coaching calls with our exercise staff.
Yes, all equipment will be provided to you during your exercise classes at the Wellness Centre. We do not provide mobility aids, but you may be able to access this equipment separately through your government funding package. Speak with our Wellness Centre coordinators or head to our Aids and Sensors page to learn more.
No, these will need to be returned to the centre after every exercise class.
