Our Occupational Therapists are here to help you understand why you are finding these things hard and what modifications you can choose to make it easier to stay safe and well at home.
- Make your home safe for you.
- Ease the tasks of daily living.
- Improve your mobility, confidence and wellbeing.
Home modifications can include;
- Grab rails
- Hand rails
- Level taps
- Bathroom modifications
- Added lighting.
- You need to be aged over 65 or over 50 for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders.
- Some services may be available to people aged under 65.
