There is no need to feel concerned about managing everyday tasks such as showering, toileting, grooming, dressing and taking the correct medication. We can help you feel your best and support you to maintain your independence.

  • Be supported with the help of assistive products like shower chairs.

What's included?

Our personal care support can include assistance with:

  • Showering
  • Grooming
  • Dressing
  • Bathing
  • Medication management
  • Selecting aids such as shower chairs, bed rails and mobility aids.
  • Referrals to physiotherapy, podiatry and dietician.

 

Eligibility criteria*

  • You need to be aged over 65 or over 50 for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders.
  • Some services may be available to people aged under 65.

How can I pay?

There are several ways to access our services and programs, including the funding options outlined below.



Government Funding

Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program and Department of Veterans’ Affairs options.

Yes, this service can be aligned with your values and preferences. integratedliving Australia Support Workers will take the time to learn your individual cultural and care needs so they are always considered. You may also have your preferred support person included during the process or access interpreting services if required.

This service is delivered by qualified integratedliving Australia Support Workers who are passionate about supporting your wellbeing and ensuring that you maintain your independence.

Yes, you can indicate your preference for a male or female support worker when signing up for integratedliving Australia services. We will do our best to accomodate your request.
