Activity Centres

Feel welcome and energised at our Activity Centres as you meet new friends and enjoy fun and interesting things to do.

Why is it important for seniors to be social?

Giving you a break from home and a friendly, welcoming environment to connect with other people, our Activity Centres are the perfect place to meet new friends and enjoy a laugh or two.

You can take part in anything that takes your fancy – a sing-a-long, arts and craft, gardening, games and trivia, you name it!

Our Activity Centres are also suitable for those living with dementia, as they help to encourage social connections and promote a happier, more relaxed mood.
