At our Activity Centres you can do as much or as little as you like. Join a social group, take part in an activity, go on a day trip or just have a break from home. Our Activity Centres support general wellbeing and social connectedness and more specific needs including providing support for people living with dementia and those people who care for others.
Classes and Programs
Activity Centre locations include Raymond Terrace, Gorokan, Woy Woy and Gosford in New South Wales. We also have two locations in Tasmania, Fingal and Summerhill. Each of these host a different range of services.
At all of our Activity Centres you will experience great social support. With a variety of services available, our at home virtual programs offer general wellbeing, social connectedness and support for people living in regional, rural and remote communities. We also offer specialised programs for people living with dementia and their carers. Held via a Zoom call, our friendly staff will ensure a welcoming environment with meaningful conversation and fun activities!

Our virtual services are perfect for anyone who cannot physically attend an activity or program at our Activity Centre. Join us via Zoom for activities such as arts and craft, trivia, bingo, armchair travel and more.
Unfortunately no. Please ensure that you have access to Zoom on your personal device and have internet connection before commencing your virtual exercise class with us. Do not hesitate to reach out if you need any help, our staff will be able to assist you getting set up and ensure that your device is working properly before we start the activity.
Yes, these will be provided to you at the centres during the activity. If you are participating virtually, you may have to purchase these items (e.g. pencil and paper) at your own expense. Speak to our friendly centre coordinators before commencing the class or program to learn more.
All integratedliving Activity Centres cater for dementia specific classes and activities, however a dementia diagnosis is not a pre-requisite for attending. integratedliving also has dementia-specific Activity Centres located on the Central Coast of New South Wales at Gorokan, North Gosford and Woy Woy.
