Why is it important for seniors to be social?
Giving you a break from home and a friendly, welcoming environment to connect with other people, our Activity Centres are the perfect place to meet new friends and enjoy a laugh or two.
You can take part in anything that takes your fancy – a sing-a-long, arts and craft, gardening, games and trivia, you name it!
Our Activity Centres are also suitable for those living with dementia, as they help to encourage social connections and promote a happier, more relaxed mood.
Classes and Programs
Activity Centre locations include Raymond Terrace, Gorokan, Woy Woy and Gosford in New South Wales. We also have two locations in Tasmania, Fingal and Summerhill.
Each of these host a different range of services.
- A fun and diverse calendar - weekly creative activities that provide the stimulation and social connection we all need.
- Meet new friends - build social connection and discover new friendships with other activity attendees.
- Develop technology skills - so you can stay in touch with loved ones more easily, too.
