Psychology Services

Psychological and social support to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Your mental health and wellbeing is important

Looking after your mental health and wellbeing is just as important as managing your physical health. Good mental health helps you navigate daily life, maintain meaningful relationships, and enjoy a better quality of life.

Our specialised psychology services offer personalised mental health support for older people, helping you cope with challenges such as chronic health conditions, grief, depression, anxiety, pain, or adjusting to disability or changing care needs.

Through our telehealth psychology program, you can access mental health support from the comfort and privacy of your home, no matter where you live—including regional and remote areas.

Staying well means seeking support early and understanding that caring for your mental health is a key part of living well at any age.

  • Manage your emotional wellbeing alongside your physical health.
  • Tailored, confidential support to suit your needs.
  • Learn helpful strategies to support your mental health.
