Public Statement – Lower Hunter Region

integratedliving has identified a number of clients living in the Lower Hunter of NSW who may have received a blood glucose monitoring service and potentially been exposed to the risk of a blood borne virus.

We take this matter very seriously and are investigating the incident while working closely with the relevant authorities including NSW Health and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. We are directly contacting all clients (or their authorised representative where relevant) who may be at risk.

Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff. We apologise for the distress and concern this may be causing our clients, their families, friends, carers and our staff. We can confirm remediation actions have occurred and there is no longer a risk to
any clients receiving this service.

If you are a client, an authorised representative, or a staff member who wishes to talk to an integratedliving representative, please call 1300 782 896 between 6.00am - 7.30pm AEDT
