Public Statement update - Lower Hunter Region

integratedliving has identified a number of clients living in the Lower Hunter of NSW who may have received a blood glucose monitoring service and potentially been exposed to the risk of a blood borne virus.

We take this matter very seriously and have commenced an investigation into this incident while working closely with the relevant authorities including NSW Health and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.

Our direct contact with clients who may be at risk (or their authorised representative where relevant) is well advanced. We are supporting them with priority testing options to quickly resolve uncertainty.

Our priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff and we apologise for any distress this may have caused. We can confirm remediation actions have occurred and there is no longer a risk to any clients.

If you are a client, an authorised representative (including family members), or a staff member who wishes to talk to an integratedliving representative, please call 1300 782 896 between 6.00am - 7.30pm AEDT 7 days a week. For any media enquiries, please contact Steve Michelson on 0427 906 100.
