Low Vision Wellness Program

Join our Low Vision Wellness Program.

The Low Vision Wellness Program helps people to access timely diagnosis in order to identify reversible conditions, implement treatments and manage lifestyle factors that affect vision.

Developed and led by Occupational Therapists, the program looks at how people with low vision can remain active and independent by managing lifestyle factors such as nutrition, home modifications, and social activities. The program also addresses low vision and its effect on a person’s emotional wellbeing.

What does the Low Vision Wellness Program involve?

The Low Vision program sessions focus on understanding your diagnosis, taking control and living well with low vision.

We support you with the use of alternative senses including a tablet with low vision support Apps, identifying healthy living strategies and being safe whilst at home, and out and about in the community.
