As a family member, can I access information about my loved one’s care?

My Support App by integratedliving® enables both you and your loved one to view information on the services they are receiving 

With approval from your loved one, you can request changes to service times and dates and share information with them and other family members and friends.

My Support App is available on mobile devices and through the app you and your loved one can 

  • Reschedule an integratedliving service or request a new service 
  • Provide feedback on a service 
  • Share service dates and times with nominated family members or carers 
  • Get reminders about when a staff member is due to visit 
  • Review the schedule and confirm the dates and times for services 
  • Opt-in to receive news on offers and events.

MySupport App

My Support App by integratedliving® provides an added way for you to view information about your services. You can also make changes to your services and share information with designated family members and friends.
